No issues at all with this group. They let me know as soon as my buddy was booked in and planned to come home. They even expedited the process so the urn could be delivered earlier than expected and provided paw prints on short notice. When I rang, the lady was lovely and went above and beyond for me, even before I’d made payment, she was already arranging to pick up our big boy, 80.
