is my pet cremated individually?
Yes! All our cremations are done individually so we can guarantee you will get only your pets ashes back .
CAN I WITNESS THE CREMATION OF MY PET?
No, company policy does not allow clients inside the cremation room or within the cremation area.
what should i do if my pet passes at home?
After your pet has passed away at home, we recommend contacting our friendly team as soon as possible to arrange a collection of your pet at a time that suits you. If it is after our business hours, you can take your pet to your usual vet or the nearest vet that is open, until we are able to collect.
do you offer an after hours service?
No, unfortunately we are unable to provide after hours service. Our office hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. We can collect from your home, or your vet clinic.
